Tondo 2.0
Tondo Makers
Share what you are making with other Tondo users, if you want to. The rest of the app works the same without it.
The community is free to join.
Comes with Tondo 2.0.
Stitching has always been something you do together.
At a table, in a group, in a stitch-along. With Tondo 2.0 that circle moves into the app.
How a stitch-along works
- One pattern, one start date. Everyone in the group begins on the same day.
- A part at a time. The work is split into parts, and the group moves through them together.
- Share your milestone. Post a photo when you finish a part and see how the others are doing.
- Every piece your own. Same pattern, your threads and fabric: no two finish alike.
What you can do
Share your progress
Post a milestone, work photos and the materials you choose. Before you send it, you see exactly what will be shared.
Follow, like and comment
Read what everyone posts, or only the makers you follow.
Groups and knit-alongs
Start or join a group, post milestones together and share links to events and workshops.
Publish your own designs
Share patterns you designed in Tondo, and publish an update as a new version. Only your own designs can be published.
Your pattern files stay private
Imported PDFs, scans, notes and a project's recipient are not shared when you post. Photos lose their location data before they are shared.
Report and block
Report a post or comment, block a member or claim the rights to a work. Reports go to a moderator by email.
Already in Tondo today
Stitch-alongs. Keep track of your own part in a stitch-along: give the project its start date and parts, mark each part as you finish it, and Tondo shows the next one.
Designer credit. Every chart can carry its designer and source, shown in the project and kept when you rename it.
