Tondo has two kinds of sync. Which one your project uses depends on the craft.

Sync is part of Pro: €15.99, one-time

Cross stitch in two hoops, skeins of floss, a knitted swatch and a ball of yarn, grouped together.

How it works

  • Tondo sync, for knitting and sewing Tondo 2.0

    Knitting and fabric projects and your whole stash sync across iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android with your Tondo account. Attachments come along.

  • iCloud, for cross stitch and embroidery

    Charts, progress, notes and tags sync across iPhone, iPad and Mac through your own iCloud. Android does not use iCloud.

  • Move a chart to Android

    Share a cross-stitch or embroidery project as a Tondo file and open it on another device. This is a copy you make by hand, not sync.

  • Work offline Tondo 2.0

    Changes wait on the device and sync when you are back online. The status in the library shows what is happening.

  • Nothing overwritten without asking Tondo 2.0

    If two devices changed the same project, Tondo shows both versions side by side and lets you choose. The other version is kept as a copy.

  • Your account, your data Tondo 2.0

    Sign out other devices, export your account data or delete your account in the app. Your projects stay usable on the device without an account.

What you need

Both kinds of sync come with Pro. Tondo sync also needs a Tondo account; iCloud sync uses the Apple account on your device. Without them, your projects stay on the device where you made them.
